Senior Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Independent development and preparation of opinions

Requirements:

• Higher law education (preferably the Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Kutafin Moscow State Law University)
• Knowledge of civil law: general and special, knowledge of key provisions for the main contracts
• Knowledge of general requirements of the corporate and administrative law on legal entities' operations, ability to resolve complex, unconventional issues
• Knowledge of main problems (solved and existing) in key areas, knowledge of law enforcement practices, including at the Russian Supreme Arbitrazh Court and Constitutional Court, and by-laws, the ability to work with the original documents and prepare professional written opinions, the ability to work with professional databases.
