representation of one of the biggest gas producing companies in Europe in a
long employment dispute with an employee that filed a lawsuit against the
company to be reinstated to his former position and paid moral damages. Several
dozens of motions filed by the claimant were challenged during court
proceedings, the court judged in favour of the company.
