Contesting Rospatent’s decision to deny registration of a company’s trademarks in Russia
Effective representation of an international recruitment company in Rospatent, in a dispute concerning denied registration of the company’s trademark in Russia. Thanks to the collected evidence of the distinctiveness of the company’s trademark, the original decision to deny registration was cancelled. Both visual and sound trademarks were registered in Russia without any changes.
