Ensuring compliance with intellectual property legislation in a joint project of the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the World Bank
Expert legal support in a non-profit foundation’s project on improving financial literacy of the population, financed and controlled by the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance of Russia, in particular, analysis and adjustment of contracts/agreements with potential contractors of the foundation, settlement of terms concerning intellectual property (all materials provided by the foundation such as booklets, websites, promotional merchandise are intellectual property). Investments in the project are worth over $113 million.
