Development of transfer pricing policies for
more than 50 groups of transactions within Russia and international
transactions of a multi-business Russian group, specifically, development of
pricing methods for export and domestic sales of petroleum products, for
pipeline transportation of ethylene, and for financial operations between
related parties; harmonization of approaches adopted in the European countries
(OECD recommendations, etc.) with the requirements of the Russian tax and competition
laws in the development of transfer pricing policies for sales of products of
the group’s plants on the European market. (The total transaction amount was
over $2 billion)
