It is a tool to control and manage municipal services, to reduce the time of response to requests from citizens and businesses, to get feedback and to encourage residents to get involved in the process of building a more comfortable and safe urban environment.
Our client intended to enter into concession agreements with municipal governments for customization, integration and further operation with updates of the developed software of the client to meet specific needs and the technology level of each municipal administration.
FBK Legal lawyers drafted a project implementation plan. For maximization of the output, we focused the project on the software, including databases, websites, other copyright-protected items, hardware (movable property) and immovable property. After drafting the plan, our team developed a model concession agreement using a constructor tool - thanks to its flexibility, such an agreement can be signed with any municipal authority.
