Successful pre-action and court representation of a company — a world leader in prompt service — in a number of cases due to the refusal of the Pension Fund of Russia to accept reports. These cases formed a fundamentally new court practice: for the first time in the Russian Federation, the court not only recognised the decisions of controlling authorities as illegal (including all financial penalties) on disputes related to the provision of information, but also issued a judicial act to compel the Fund’s bodies to accept the disputed reports in full and in the form it had been submitted by the company.
