• Drafting corporate documents (articles of association, general meeting resolutions, sole participant resolutions, corporate agreement, intra-group loan agreement);

• Participating in the review of corporate structure and contracts of an international charitable fund, an all-Russian public organisation;

• Advising employers on employment contracts with their employees, termination on certain grounds, termination of employment contracts with the CEO;

• Participating in litigation (recovery of litigation costs);

• Preparing legal opinions on the distribution of additional capital between the founders of a company, as well as decision-making procedures;

• Advising on disclosure of information on the client's ownership structure and financial and business activities to foreign auditors.
