Head of Antitrust Practice at FBK Legal Sergey Ermolenko spoke on “Legal Support for Foreign Investments” at round-table discussions over “A new manufacturing perspective: investment and cooperation opportunities” at Russian-Chinese Business Forum of Small and Medium Businesses 2016 held in Sochi.

Sergey Ermolenko dwelt on the approvals and permissions required for investors to start business in Russia, risk minimisation and business processes management issues.

“Chinese business in gaining momentum in Russia. We are seeing more and more Chinese companies among our clients. We provide full-scale investment transaction support, including advisory part and ,” noted Sergey Ermolenko.

Ermolenko believes that Russian-Chinese forums of various formats, including this one, strengthen economic ties between the two states and facilitate sustainable growth of both states’ economies.

Russian-Chinese Business Forum of Small and Medium Businesses is one of the largest and respected annual business forums for business players of the two states. The forum is organised by the Russian-Chinese and Chinese-Russian Committees for Friendship, Peace and Development, Russian-Chinese Business Council, Chinese Association for Business Development Abroad. The Forum is held under the aegis of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.
