FBK Legal at Alliance of Business Lawyers (ABL) Conference
Andrew Shkadov heading the FBK Legal Commercial Practice presented his report at the Moscow conference of Alliance of Business Lawyers (ABL) on investment opportunities in Eastern Europe.
Participants in the conference held discussions, business classes with the leading lawyers in the course of which they discussed the specific features of implementation of trans-border business projects in different jurisdictions, the practice of international arbitration proceedings and other specifics of international economic law.
Andrew Shkadov in his speech on “How to do business with Russia” dwelt in particular on the specifics of the national legislation on investment and commerce, its application practice and topical innovations in the field of law.
