FBK Legal's Lawyers Hold Workshops for MSAL School of Young Scientists

FBK Legal's Lawyers have participated in the Sixth Summer School of Young Scientists titled “Prospects of Legal Research in the Age of Grand Challenges” that was organised by the Scientific Research Institute of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).

Famous jurists and lawyers shared their experience with post-graduate students and PhDs in Law under the age of 30. FBK Legal’s Partner Alexander Ermolenko spoke about specifics of modern legal education.

FBK Legal?s Head of Practice Elena Shigidina held a workshop titled ?M&A Techniques. The Roadmap for the Acquisition of Business with the Main Asset Being Intellectual Property?. The workshop helped scientists to get acquainted with all stages of business acquisitions starting from the selection of a winning strategy and learn about efficient instruments that can protect both parties.?

FBK Legal?s Senior Lawyer Elizaveta Kapustina also held a workshop to discuss practical aspects of the protection of business reputation in the Internet. Those who participated in the workshop obtained structured knowledge about the enforcement of court orders and deletion of damaging information from web-sites, jurisdiction of certain disputes and nuances of proving damage to reputation.

The Summer School 2019 is dedicated to scientific and technological development, transformation of law due to the development of digital technologies, new statutory regulation models etc.
