FBK Legal Hosts Business Breakfast ‘Three Pillars of Stable Business: Data, Personnel, and Corporate Governance’

On 4 June 2025, the law firm FBK Legal hosted a business breakfast ‘The Three Pillars of a Stable Business: Data, Personnel, and Corporate Governance’. Over 120 large and medium business representatives attended the event. During the business breakfast, FBK Legal experts and lawyers analysed new challenges and risks related to the ‘three pillars’ of a successful business: personal data, labour relations, and corporate governance. The event concluded with a workshop on protecting tax positions when drafting commercial contracts.
