Maria Semenova and Elena Tuganova Speak at ‘Leasing Calls – 2025!’ Conference
On 30 October 2025, the Congress Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow hosted 2nd All-Russian Leasing Conference ‘Leasing Calls – 2025!’. Maria Semenova, FBK Legal Director, and Elena Tuganova, Manager at FBK Legal, attended the conference and reported on pertinent taxation matters.
Maria Semenova participated in the panel discussion ‘Globalisation and International Cooperation’, where she focused on the specifics of taxation for cross-border leasing transactions, outlining key risks and best practices for market participants. Elena Tuganova was featured in the session ‘A New Reality: The Transformation of Interactions’, where she dwelt on the subtleties of VAT taxation in the leasing industry and explored both current challenges and future prospects.
