  • representing the basketball club PBC Lokomotiv-Kuban in a labor dispute with a player;

  • representing the creditor’s interests in the bankruptcy of a trading company to challenge transactions in the amount of about 700 mln rubles;

  • challenging transactions in the bankruptcy of a construction company based on an arbitration award (148 mln rubles) and suretyship agreements based on judicial acts that have entered into force (195 mln rubles);

  • legal support in a dispute on the legality of a concluded transaction and the recognition as valid of an additional agreement to a subcontract in the bankruptcy case (the amount in dispute is 170 mln rubles);

  • supporting in disputes on bringing to subsidiary liability of directors, participants and beneficial owners of business in the construction and trade sectors;

  • representing the interests of the media and companies in cases of protecting business reputation;

  • support of employment disputes, including for such companies as Emarsys, Teva and Actavis.
