Gleb has specialized in tax law for over three years. He joined FBK Legal in 2019 after working for consulting companies.

He supports taxpayers during tax audits and other tax control procedures, defends clients in commercial courts and disputes with tax authorities, and provides tax consulting services.

Experienced in pretrial tax dispute resolution (challenging audit findings, appealing against decisions of tax authorities to higher-level tax authorities) on a wide range of tax-related claims.

Gleb prepares letters to foreign banks to confirm sources of income and letters required to open personal accounts.

  • Tax consulting on dividend, interest and royalty payments, business structuring, application of international treaties for tax purposes

  • Tax and legal support of a big energy holding company and its subsidiaries

  • Consulting services to a fast-food chain on the applicability of the 10% VAT rate to certain food sales (analysing various options and preparing arguments for a potential tax dispute)
