  • legal support in a dispute with the Federal Property Management Agency on compulsion to conclude a land lease agreement; 

  • legal support on labor law issues during the reorganization procedures of a company – an electronic trading platform for used cars;

  • comprehensive legal support for an American financial holding on labor law issues; 

  • HR audit of the Federal Competence Center in the field of labor productivity;

  • legal support for an international company producing components for automobiles on labor issues with the preparation of draft legal documents;

  • participating in a multi-step due diligence in the field of employment law conducted by an international group of experts;
  • HR audit and representing a large medical company in employment disputes before courts of general jurisdiction;
  • consulting on employment and migration issues for international and Russian companies, such as Emarsys, CAN-PACK, MacCoffee, Etihad Airways, Yamaha and Unipharm.
