Experts of FBK Legal and FBK took part in the discussion on transfer pricing
Galina Akchurina, FBK Partner for tax litigation and transfer pricing, took part in the seminar of “Complex tax issues”.
Galina acted as an expert in the panel discussion section of “Transfer pricing: practical application aspects” and together with the representatives of the RF Ministry of Finance and consultants of international companies answered the participants’ questions about the controlled transactions, their documentation and the methods of control as well as practical aspects of their application.
According to Galina Akchurina, for all companies in 2013 the filing of notices of controlled transactions and their documentation to the tax bodies is taking place for the first time, that is why the interest to this issue is great; the consultants and their clients have a lot of work to do on the application of RF TC V.1.
Together with G. Akchurina Alexey Anishchenko, FBK financial consulting department leading consultant took part in the work of the section.
Representatives of the leading law companies, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection presented their reports to the audience at the seminar.
Among the largest participating companies are Rosneft, GAZPROMDOBYCHA URENGOI, Arcticneftegazstroy, ALROSA-Nurba, Burovaya Kompaniya Eurasia (is among the three largest energy companies of Russia) and other large companies.
