Lawyers of FBK Legal to Speak at IBA Conference
Anna Grishchenkova heading FBK Legal Dispute Resolution Practice and Dmitry Paramonov, Tax Consulting Practice attorney at law will take part in the annual conference of the International Bar Association (IBA) in Japan.
The conference will be held from 19 to 24 October in Tokyo. Nearly 5000 lawyers from all over the world will participate in it.

Anna Grishchenkova will speak at the judicial session of «Tiered dispute resolution clauses: best practice and enforcement of obligations to negotiate in good faith» which will examine the specific features of alternative resolution of disputes in various jurisdictions.
Dmitry Paramonov will participate in the session of «Recent experience of tax audit» during which specialists from different countries will share their latest experience of interaction with the public authorities under the tax audits.

Our lawyers participated several times in the annual IBA conferences and every time that was a unique opportunity for us to meet with our colleagues from abroad, to share ideas and discover new promising opportunities for cooperation”, noted Anna Grishchenkova.
