Lawyers of FBK Legal at the IBA Conference on Law Firm Management
FBK Legal Partner Alexander Ermolenko, head of Corporate Practice, and Anna Grishchenkova, head of FBK Legal Dispute Resolution Practice, took part in the IBA International Conference of “Law firm management”.
Among the participants in the conference are the leading experts of major Russian and international companies, IBA representatives.
The audience and the speakers discussed a wide range of issues regarding the operation of law firms: marketing of legal services, presence of companies in the international market of services, prospects and forecasts for market development in 2015, international trends in tendering for law services, hiring and dismissal of law firm employees, and a whole series of other issues.
The IBA representatives spoke about the activities of the specialized law firm management Committee, shared their views on what the legal business will be like in 2015 in the light of the latest geopolitical and economic trends.
