FBK Legal Holds Webinar on Foreign Licence Use amid Sanctions
At the webinar, FBK Legal’s Senior Lawyers Elizaveta Kapustina and Anastasiya Semenova spoke about foreign
software provision to Russian users and analysed the situation from the
perspective of the licensee (sublicensor) and the sublicensee. The lawyers
explained which principles are used to terminate contracts with copyright
