Legal representation of an oil company in several dozens of cases:

–        Support in eight cases in a commercial court: protection of the client’s interests in claims of contractors for recovery of the cost of the works performed and a forfeit;

–        Support in two cases in a court of general jurisdiction: protection of the client’s interests in claims for recovery of interest under a loan agreement acquired by way of cession; on recognition of actions as illegal, and compelling to stop the actions and carry out reclamation;

–        Support in a case in a commercial court: upon a claim for declaring the company bankrupt;

–        Representation of the company in the bankruptcy of its creditor, support for debt recovery, recognition of the status of a secured creditor, and establishment of its claims in the register of creditors’ claims as secured by the pledge of the debtor’s property;

–        Support in a case in a commercial court: in a dispute over reduction of the cost of the works performed;

–        Support in a case in a commercial court: upon a claim for invalidation of bidding and sale of shares;

–        Representation of the company in disputes with the Department of Natural Resources Management and Environmental Protection over rent recovery and termination of land lease agreements with our client.
