Analysis of the concession agreement on the construction and operation of the first in Russia toll road - a section of the federal M1 Belarus “Moscow-Minsk” highway, including basic contracts that formalize the base of funding from public sources and the construction of the road by the general contractor and a subcontractor. Identification and minimization of risks that may arise from the perspective of the civil, administrative, fiscal and tax laws.
On the basis of the analysis, elaboration of recommendations on improving the draft agreement and basic documents formalizing the performance of the parties’ agreements on funding the project within the framework of the concession agreement.
