Comprehensive support in a project on the construction of a gas transmission system

Legal support in investing activities under a project on the construction of a gas transmission system:

–      full legal support for the construction of a gas processing plant, including the development and agreeing of a contract for design specifications and estimates (FEED) and an EPC contract to be signed with the counterparty, analysis and evaluation of tax aspects related to the contracts made, participation in working meetings, preparation of a draft construction plan and its negotiation with the counterparty;

–      support in the conclusion of a contract for the 50-year use of a private 115 km road for the construction of infrastructure facilities and field development;

–      support in the conclusion with the contractor of a contract for the construction of a trunk gas pipeline;
