Legal representation of a large investment company in a number of cases:
– On debt recovery from a fuel and energy company, including in a case on debtor’s bankruptcy with claims for RUB 11 billion;
On challenging of an assignment agreement within a bankruptcy case of Troika-D Bank. Since one of the banks (Troika-D Bank) being a former creditor of the fuel and energy company, over which our client was establishing control, had had its licence revoked and the bankruptcy procedure initiated against it, the Deposit Insurance Agency as a bankruptcy receiver filed a claim for challenging of the alienation of rights of claim. Our lawyers successfully defended the transaction.
