diligence of several real estate developers for minimization of possible risks,
for the acquisition by a private business of an office space in Moscow; upon
selection of a real estate facility under construction, negotiation of the
terms of a co-investment agreement by reaching a common understanding on the
key issues, preparation of the necessary package of documents, assistance in
the signing of the agreement with the developer (the deal value is $7 million).
