Elaboration of a TP guide for a large Russian group
Elaboration of a transfer pricing policy for
more than 50 groups of Russian and international transactions of a
multi-industry Russian group, including elaboration of pricing methods for sale
of oil products for export and to the domestic market, for transportation of
ethylene by pipelines, and for financial transactions made between related
parties; harmonisation of approaches adopted in European countries (OECD
recommendations, etc.) with the requirements of the Russian tax and antitrust
legislation in the formation of a transfer pricing policy for sales of products
of the group’s plants in the European market. (The total amount of the transactions
is more than $2 billion)
