Konstantin has worked in legal consulting and litigation for over 15 years.
He has a proven track record of advising on civil, corporate, land, construction and planning, public, and administrative law, as well as public-private partnerships and M&A transactions.
Konstantin is experienced in managing legal support and corporate governance functions for an innovative science and technology centre.
Before joining FBK Legal in 2025, Konstantin practised at top international firms renowned in their fields, including Deloitte and ENKA.
His key experience is related to the implementation of major investment construction and infrastructure projects, as well as M&A transactions.
He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and leading Russian law schools.
