FBK Legal Partner Galina Akchurina Participates in Podderzhka Project

As part of the Podderzhka Project FBK Legal Partner Galina Akchurina participated in an original seminar arranged by Viktor Batsiev, former chairman of the tax judicial assembly of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, and shared her view on the practical application of Article 54.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and possible distortion of general legal principles related to tax matters.

The seminar gathered litigation lawyers, business owners, finance directors and chief accountants who listened to leading Russian tax law experts. Questions from taxpayers about tax audits, related risks and effective legal defence were discussed in detail at a round table.
