Head of FBK Legal's Corporate Practice, Alexander Ermolenko, on three-dimensional cadastre accounting
Head of FBK Legal’s Corporate Practice, Alexander Ermolenko, in his interview to Vedomosti newspaper commented upon suggestion of Russian Registry to introduce in Russia three-dimensional cadastre accounting.
Three-dimensional cadastre accounting is to record building models with photo textures, communications, engineering structures and the terrain relief. “It is possible to make a corresponding statement in law, but it is difficult to implement the project in practice”, Alexander Ermolenko believes. According to him, before introducing 3D it is necessary to put right the 2D. “The law on distinguishing between federal and regional lands was introduced long ago, however still not all the objects have cadastre passports”, the expert reminded.
