FBK Legal's team has successfully completed reorganization of the Russian part of an international group Saint-Gobain. The reorganization consolidated group’s business assets in Russia: three factories of building materials in three different regions of Russia. FBK Legal’s project support included: proposing a concept and a reorganization plan, obtaining prior approval for reorganization of the FAS Russia, current advice on legal implementation and accounting of all required procedures.
