FBK Legal lawyers successfully completed the first stage of reconciling terms and conditions for acquisition of 100% of JSC Cryogas shares from a Polish firm CP Energia S.A. JSC Cryogas is among the leaders in the market of low-tonnage production of liquefied natural gas in the Russian Federation and possesses the state-of-the-art technologies and organizational schemes of natural gas and power supply to industrial and municipal objects.
Transaction for acquisition of the company’s shares is to be held under English Law. The deal value is confidential.
