FBK Expert Took Part in the Conference of Council of the Federation Committee on the Court of Arbitration Development
Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development held a panel discussion on the “Topical issues of the court of arbitration institutional development on the territory of the Russian Federation”.
Participants in the event discussed the bill “About the courts of arbitration and arbitration (arbitration investigation) in the Russian Federation” developed by the RF Ministry of Justice, which aims at establishing a modern and efficient mechanism of legal regulation of the Institute of arbitration in Russia.
According to Anna Grishchenkova, heading the FBK dispute resolution practice, it is very important that the draft project is submitted for consideration to the expert community. “An open discussion within the framework of considering the prospects for the courts of arbitration development, initiated by the MOJ and CF Committee, is significant for the improvement of legislation in this field,” said Anna Grishchenkova.
The meeting was attended by the leading lawyers, representatives of the largest law firms, as well as Elena Borisenko, deputy-minister of justice of the Russian Federation and Konstantin Dobrynin, deputy chairman of the CF Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction.
