FBK Legal took part in 3rd Gusov Readings
FBK Legal team took part in the International Research and Practice Conference “History and a Science-based Outlook on Development of Labour and Social Security Laws (Third Gusov Readings)”.
A conference section specifically arranged by FBK Legal, orchestrated by Alexandra Gerasimova and dedicated to ?Practical Issues of Regulation of the CEO’s activities? brought together the firm?s leading lawyers, including Elena Shigidina, Darya Shevtsova and Marina Balandina. The section was moderated by Alexander Ermolenko, FBK Legal Partner.
«Our section was dedicated to a host of pressing issues related to a dual nature of the CEO's legal status, and to address them, understating of practical application of corporate laws and labour legislation is required. Having both practicing lawyers and theoreticians contributing to concerted discussions around possible ways to address these issues is best alternative to come to adequate and most importantly effective decisions. This is what we were trying to do during our section,? Alexander Ermolenko noted.
Historically, since 1998, Kutafin University has served a unique platform for international research conferences dedicated to pressing issues of labour and social security laws. Since 2015 the conference has adopted the name ?Gusov Readings?. These conferences were masterminded by Kantemir Nikolayevich Gusov, and will continue into the future not only as a forum to facilitate discussion of overarching challenges of modern science and enforcement practices in labour and social security laws, but also as a unique networking area.
