FBK Legal at Seminar on Intercompany Transactions

Galina Akchurina, FBK Legal Partner and the Head of Tax Litigation Practice, has participated in the seminar dedicated to the specifics of accounting and taxation in intercompany transactions between related parties held by the Institute for Development of Modern Educational Technologies.

She spoke about price control for taxation purposes in Russia and underlined new approaches of the tax authorities to price control in uncontrolled transactions and related risks for taxpayers. In addition, FBK Legal Partner gave a summary of legal precedents and rulings delivered by supreme judicial authorities in this respect.

The seminar also covered such topics as new laws on taxation of groups and transfer pricing, possible tax “traps” in groups of companies, business splits etc.
