FBK Legal at Forum on Taxes and Fuel and Energy Complex 2020

Galina Akchurina, the Director of the Tax Litigation Department, and Mikhail Golovanev, the Head of the Tax Practice at FBK Legal, have participated in the 17th All-Russian Forum “Taxes and Fuel and Energy Complex 2020” dedicated to taxation and accounting in the oil and gas industry.

Galina Akchurina spoke about the principal claims of tax authorities to intercompany transactions, including intercompany financing, and the ways to minimise that kind of claims.

Mikhail Golovanev, in his turn, shared his conclusions reached based on the analysis of court judgements in transfer pricing cases.
