FBK Legal at Taxes 2020

Natalia Ryabova, Head of the Individual Taxation Practice at FBK Legal, has participated in the second annual conference Taxes 2020 arranged by the event-planning agency Sobytiye.

She spoke about problems encountered when using POS equipment following the end of the third wave of transition to online cash registers. In particular, she analysed whether it is necessary to use POS equipment for settlements with employees.

“Gaps and inaccurate wordings in the legislation create difficulties not only for companies engaged in sales, but also for those who make settlements with employees, Natalia Ryabova says.

The conference brought together state officials, tax consultants and market insiders, who discussed upcoming legislative changes and pressing issues for businesses.
