Galina Akchurina spoke at the panel discussion titled “Article 54.1 of the Tax Code: Problems, Hopes and Anticipations” about tax reconstruction and explained which instruments are used for tax reconstruction, how and at which stage it is conducted and in which cases it can be beneficial for companies.

Alexander Ermolenko, in his turn, spoke about corporate agreements as a management instrument and noted that only 35 corporate judicial disputes have been registered in Russia since 2009.
