FBK Legal Managing Partner Alexei Nesterenko Speaks at Pravo-300 Forum
On 24 October 2025, Pravo.ru organised the ‘Pravo-300’ forum in Moscow. One of its key objectives was to address issues that the legal community currently grapples with.
The opening session of the forum explored the transformation of the legal profession, reflecting fundamental shifts in the field. The role of lawyers is undergoing a profound transformation: their responsibilities are now expanding to making business decisions while accounting for associated risks. What roles do lawyers play today, and what skills must they master to remain competitive in the market?
As part of the session, Alexei Nesterenko delivered a speech titled ‘The Navigator: How Lawyers Help Guide Business Development’. In his speech, Alexei argued that a lawyer could evolve from providing routine, urgent advisory to becoming a trusted business partner, who actively shapes a company's long-term business strategy.
