FBK Legal partner unveiled the tricks of the trade for would-be lawyers
A FBK Legal partner Alexander Ermolenko hosted a session “The lawyer in an M&A deal” as part of “Summer Workshop 2016” held at the Law Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Alexander Ermolenko shared with under- and postgraduates his best practices in supporting large-scale and complex deals and gave an overview of general principles of engaging the lawyer in M&A deals.
He noted that the discussions were mutually enriching and voiced hope that the event appeared to be yet another step on their way towards mastering the profession.
He went on to add, “FBK Legal provides support to a number of educational initiatives in leading legal institutions of higher education to facilitate the acquisition by students of necessary knowledge and skills and best practices yet at university. Hopefully, our efforts will enhance the level of qualification of young lawyers and facilitate their entering the profession.”
