FBK Legal at Synergy Legal Forum

Alexander Ermolenko moderated a session titled “Business Challenges amid Sanctions” at the Synergy Legal Forum held on 28 April.

The session focused on the impact of the introduced sanctions on small and medium-sized businesses in Russia and their potential consequences in the medium and long term.

Experts evaluated which sectors suffered and can suffer the most and which government assistance may be available to businesses. They analysed court judgements: how to litigate with a sanctioned company. Sanctions were also studied as a commercial risk.

Synergy Legal Forum-2022 was organised by the Synergy Business School and the Skolkovo Intellectual Property Centre. The Forum brought together recognised law experts and practitioners, heads of legal departments from major companies, government officials, top managers and businesspersons to discuss important topics and changes in law.
