FBK Legal's Lawyers at Meeting Organised by Russian Gas Society

As part of an agreement between FBK Legal and the Russian Gas Society for the improvement of Russian oil and gas, construction and land legislation, Nadezhda Orlova, Natalya Lezhennikova and Elena Shkadova have participated in a roundtable arranged by the State Duma Energy Committee headed by Pavel Zavalny. The meeting was dedicated to legal regulation of protected zones and zones of minimum distance to trunk and industrial pipelines (use-restricted zones).
The roundtable was attended by Evgeniy Grabchak, the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Dmitriy Vakhrukov, the Director of the Department for State Regulation of Tariffs and Infrastructural Reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, representatives of the Russian Geographical Society, Ilya Mamin, the Head of the Division for Natural Gas Industries of the Department for Regulation over Fuel-and-Energy Complex and Chemical Industry, public officials and representatives of pipeline companies. Our lawyers prepared proposals for draft regulations related to town-planning and land regulation in the fuel and energy industry. FBK Legal will continue to work on that matter.
