FBK Legal at Legal Masters’ Forum

Heads of Practices Ekaterina Golubeva and Alena Ermolenko, Senior Consultant Angelina Balakina and BDO Ksenia Chernoivanova have participated in the Legal Masters’ Forum in Voronezh. Ekaterina Golubeva spoke about changes in the provision of incentives to IT companies that occurred after the respective law had become effective in July 2022. Alena Ermolenko participated in a session titled “Liability of Business Captains in the Russian Environment: Bankruptcy and Criminal Liability” and analysed several precedent-setting cases. Angelina Balakina explained key aspects of a major reform of the personal data law and its effect on employees’ data transfers.

The third Legal Masters’ Forum united over 500 attendees from all over Russia, including legal consultants and in-house lawyers, attorneys at law, public officials, businesspersons, journalists and students. The Forum traditionally provided practical advice for legal practitioners.
