FBK Legal at the V St Petersburg International Legal Forum
The lawyers of FBK Legal took part in the work of the St Petersburg International Legal Forum which traditionally assembles the leading representatives of the world professional community.
Within the framework of the section of “Tax policy in the State surveillance toughening environment”, where Galina Akchurina, FBK Legal Partner, was invited to act as a moderator, Dmitry Paramonov, the lawyer of the tax consulting practice, made a report of “De-offshorization and taxation of intragroup payments”. And Galina Akchurina told the audience about the key disputes with the Federal Tax Service on the payment of taxes and dues in 2015 drawing particular attention to the issues of stability in the field of tax legal relations, the independence of courts and legal experts.
The forum was also attended by Alexander Ermolenko, FBK Partner, head of corporate practice, Dmitry Kudrin, corporate practice project manager, Sergey Ermolenko, project manager in the area of antimonopoly law, Alexander Grigoriev, FBK Legal tax litigation practice project manager.
